Wilhelm Electric is currently delivering full electrical services for a new Baja Fish Taco location in Santa Ana, bringing reliable power and lighting solutions to this popular fast-casual restaurant brand. Our scope includes installation of power distribution, energy-efficient lighting, and lighting controls tailored to a busy commercial kitchen and customer dining space. We're in the process of roughing in branch circuits to support cooking equipment, refrigeration, point-of-sale systems, and general operations.

 

Lighting installation is underway, with a focus on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for diners while meeting the practical needs of back-of-house staff. All lighting will be LED, offering both performance and energy savings.

We're also integrating basic lighting controls for efficient operation, including occupancy sensors in restrooms and timed exterior lighting.

Coordination with the general contractor and kitchen equipment vendors is ongoing to ensure all systems are installed accurately and on schedule. Completion is expected in the coming weeks.
